30 days (or however long you wish to take) will help you to cultivate a home self-practice that aims to bring that spark of calm into your day.

Using a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Breath-work, Meditation and anything else that sparks joy, you will learn how to structure your own personal practice that works for your body, your personality, your state of mind, your energy, you.

I will guide you through discovery, things that make you focus and things that help you relax.

The beauty of this is that if there is something you don't fancy each day, you can go back to something that you need in that moment. You have choice, freedom and creativity. If you miss a day, no stress, it's okay. You can take as long as you like to work your way through the 30 sessions of content.
