This class timetable has been designed to suit those that want to stay fit, strong & flexible without using precious time fitting in travelling to a gym. This programme is designed to be adaptable for the space you have and the equipment you have available.
This also keeps you accountable, you work harder than you would following a pre-recorded workout, and you can have fun and interact with others. Time efficient, effective and fun. Sounds amazing, doesn’t it?

Fitness classes
Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning)
High energy with some high intensity and medium intensity intervals, AMRAPS and EMOMs. A mixture of weighted movements and body-weight exercises that can be done at home.
Exercises can be adapted to accommodate your available equipment, such as dumbbells or be creative. If yo do not have any equipment available then bodyweight options can be provided. Lower impact options can be offered. (45 minutes)
Resistance Bands
Strength and conditioning for the entire body using resistance bands.
Please let me know what type of band you have so that I can provide options suitable for it. (45 minutes)
Yoga & Pilates
Yoga Flow
Energising and fun flow. Strength, flexibility and balance.
Suitable for all levels.
Yin and Yang Yoga
Chilled out Yin mixed with contrasting contractive flow (Yang). Strength, length and balance.
Yin Yoga
Still and challenging. We hold poses close to the edge for time, staying relaxed through challenge. Have a selection of cushions and/or blocks around to make you comfortable.
Strong & Supple (Yoga & Pilates Flow)
Yoga & Pilates blended flow. We create the space and strengthen at range, to leave you feeling strong and supple.
May use resistance bands and other kit like balls and rings, although non-equipment options will always be given.
