Energising and fun flow. Strength, flexibility and balance.
Suitable for all levels.
Yin and Yang Yoga
Chilled out Yin mixed with contrasting contractive flow (Yang). Strength, length and balance.
Still and challenging. We hold poses close to the edge for time, staying relaxed through challenge. Have a selection of cushions and/or blocks around to make you comfortable.
Strong & Supple (Yoga & Pilates Flow)
Yoga & Pilates blended flow. We create the space and strengthen at range, to leave you feeling strong and supple.
May use resistance bands and other kit like balls and rings, although non-equipment options will always be given.
Pilates strength and conditioning for the entire body using resistance bands. Please let me know what type of band you have so that I can provide options suitable for it. (45 minutes)
