This class timetable has been designed to suit those working from home or furloughed due to the COVID-19 epidemic and still want to stay in a fitness routine. This programme is designed to be adaptable for the space you have and the equipment you have available.

This also keeps you accountable, you work harder than you would following a pre-recorded workout, and you can have fun and interact with others. Sounds amazing, doesn’t it?

Fitness classes

Body-Weight Ninja (HIIT)

Medium-High and High Intensity Interval Training using own body weight only.
All movements can be adjusted suitable to your needs. High and low impact options given, useful if you are in a flat. Get ready to move and sweat. (45 minutes)

Core

30 minutes focusing on strength and stability of the core muscle of the body. All you need is you and a mat (if you have one).

Kettlebells and HIIT

High energy with some high intensity and medium intensity intervals. A mixture of kettlebells and body-weight exercises that can be done at home.

Kettlebell exercises can be adapted to accommodate your available equipment, such as dumbbells or be creative. Lower impact options can be offered. (45 minutes)

Resistance Bands

Strength and conditioning for the entire body using resistance bands.

Please let me know what type of band you have so that I can provide options suitable for it. (45 minutes)

Resistance Band Legs, Bums and Tums

Cheryl style!! Uses resistance bands and occasionally other random house-hold objects. Focus on legs, bums and tums. Please let me know what type of resistance band you have so that I can give you appropriate options for your band. (45 minutes)

Yoga & Pilates

Yoga Flow

Energising and fun Vinyasa flow. (45 minutes)

Yin and Yang Yoga

Chilled out Yin mixed with contrasting contractive flow (Yang). (60 minutes)

Yin Yoga

Still and challenging. Have a selection of cushions and/or blocks around to make you comfortable. (60 minutes)

Pilates

Traditional mat Pilates with a Cheryl twist. Strength, stability and control. Variations to suit various levels and experience. (45 minutes)
