My goal is to guide you into understanding what your body needs by teaching you how your body functions; to help you move better, feel calmer, focused.

We stretch, strengthen, balance (because it is SO good for you), we breath, relax and meditate. I love to design my classes around what you need and your personal goals, so welcome to hear your thoughts.

Yoga Flow:

Energising and fun Vinyasa flow. (45 minutes)

Yin and Yang Yoga:

Chilled out Yin mixed with contrasting contractive flow (Yang). (60 minutes)

Yin Yoga:

Still and challenging. Have a selection of cushions and/or blocks around to make you comfortable. (60 minutes)

Resistance Bands (Pilates):

Pilates inspired exercise aimed to improve biomechanical function. Strength, stability and control. Low impact, variations to suit various levels and experience. (45 minutes)

Where are classes held?

Online Classes are held via Zoom

  • Register for the class you want to attend (there are membership and pay per class options available).
  • Upon registration through Team Up you will be sent an email containing the joining instructions for the relevant Zoom session, each one is unique.
  • Please log in 5 minutes prior to the class starting. Position your camera so that I can see you, although you can choose to turn your camera off if you don’t want me to see you.
  • I recommend playing your own music in the background as it helps you to focus and relax.

About my classes

My goal is to guide you into understanding what your body needs by teaching you how your body functions; to help you move better, feel calmer, focused.

We stretch, strengthen, balance (because it is SO good for you), we breath, relax and meditate. I love to design my classes around what you need and your personal goals, so welcome to hear your thoughts.

I teach people to feel what they are doing, rather than to focus on fitting into a certain shape. Every body is shaped differently, and every body will feel something differently, so this is your chance to move freely.

My classes are influenced by Vinyasa Flow yoga, Yin yoga, Yang yoga, Pilates, Animal Flow, I Move Freely, just moving my body, and is supported from a deep education and knowledge of sports specific and intrinsic biomechanics, anatomy and physiology, psychology, and all the other interesting thoughts and ideas that I may have.

We have a laugh, we get creative, but you also learn how to do things in the best way for your body because I talk in a simple way to understand.
