Feel Good Retreats: Feel Strong, Sat 11th May 2019

3 hour workshop using our yoga, Pilates and strength training knowledge and expertise to deliver you the ultimate experience to feel strong on the outside and from within.

We will have fun with the following:

  • Power yoga and Pilates Flow;
  • Some of the more advanced movements from the original 34, but these will still be broken down to be achievable for all levels;
  • Drills to improve upper body and core strength;
  • Fun with arm balances and maybe even some handstand progressions;
  • Discover your mental resilience and improve determination, we aim to build confidence too.

There will also be our awesome home made treats to keep you going (please let us know if you ave any specific dietary needs).
