'AT HOME' Strength & Conditioning Programme

This is a 5 day a week at home strength and conditioning programme where there is a different focus each day, hip extension and flexion, upper body push and pull, squat progressions and weightlifting technique, upper body and core stability, hip abduction and adduction, all with the end goal of moving well.

Introducing you to the ‘AT HOME’ STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMME that is adaptable for your needs and teaches you to MOVE WELL.

Full House Package

  • An online intrinsic biomechanics assessment, where we can identify what will help you move better and establish goals and intentions.
  • A 3 or 5 day a week program that you can do at home. You may need to improvise with some of equipment if you do not have access to them, let me know what you need help creating.
  • Unlimited access to the online classes that I am running, including yoga, Pilates, core, HIIT and resistance band classes. Social interaction makes fitness fun.
  • Up to 4 x 30-40 minute Zoom coaching calls to go through technique for movements in the program, you can learn something specific, to work on a specific mobility or strength issue that you need help with, to have a good old fashioned one off beasting, or even just a chat about your struggles.
  • Access to the Facebook group, where I will post technique videos and extra random workouts, funny comments, banter, etc.

Bungalow Package

  • A 3 or 5 day a week program that you can do at home. You may need to improvise with some of equipment if you do not have access to them, let me know what you need help creating.

About this programme

The programme has been designed to use minimal equipment and helps you to use your imagination to progress. There are videos attached to each exercise to explain what they are and clearly explains the technique and how to use different kit to achieve the same goal. There are options for no equipment and progressions and regressions for each movement so that you can select what is suitable for your body and the kit you have available. If you can access equipment it is useful to have resistance bands, a kettlebell or dumbbell, a broom handle, a step or staircase, and a pull up bar or TRX.

So what are we strengthening and conditioning for? Well, to simply move well, stay healthy and when you are able to return back to the activities you love (outside the house) you will be in the best shape that you can be at to do them. We will work to enable better biomechanical movement of the joints, build strength in a bigger range of movement so that flexibility improves and condition the body to test aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, all contributing to reduced risk of injury and improved athletic performance. Don’t consider yourself an athlete? That really doesn’t matter, you will learn to move better, and that is just amazing.

Accountability is the difference between simply following a programme and being coached.
